Are you Gas-Safe registered?
Yes — registration #572341. Every engineer on the team is certified and the certificate is on every job sheet.
How quickly can you come out?
For emergencies, within the hour across South London. For planned work, usually within 2–3 working days.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No call-out fee. You're quoted up front and the price doesn't change once we start.
Do you offer guarantees?
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Boiler installs come with the manufacturer warranty (up to 10 years).
